BQ Technologies, LLC announced the formal unification of Brush Industries and Q-Card under a single corporate identity. Effective January 1, 2026, BQ Technologies assumed ownership and operational leadership of both organizations, continuing their long-standing service to the global payments and identification markets. 

For decades, Brush Industries and Q-Card have been two of the most trusted names in the payments and ID space. Together, they have supported millions of daily transactions worldwide through precision manufacturing, transaction reliability, and specialized testing capabilities that help ensure payment and ID systems perform consistently in demanding real-world environments.
